How much is shipping?

Free shipping is provided for orders $49+ from USA, Canada, Australia, UK and European countries.

For orders below $49, shipping fee of 15$ will be charged. We provide free shipping for all orders from Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam and Singapore.

For Indonesia, $20 shipping fee will be charged for all orders due to the operational reasons.

If your country is not mentioned above, we provide free shipping for the orders above $49+ and $15 shipping fee is charged for orders below $49.

How does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 7 to 14 business days to most countries.

Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our office in Seoul, South Korea.

Out of stock refund

When a product you ordered is sold out, we refund the amount to your credit card and notify you via your registered e-mail address.


This means that your product is sold out from the market and is no longer available for shipping.

Due to the fast-paced fashion industry in Korea, popular products sell out quickly.


We try our best to most efficiently notify our customers and update our system as frequently as possible to prevent such cases,
but because Seoulish runs a zero-inventory system to offer better prices to our customers, these instances are sometimes inevitable.
We sincerely apologize for such inconvenience :(

If, after deducting the value of the sold-out product, your net purchase amount becomes less than the free shipping minimum requirement,
you do not need to worry.

In such cases, you will not be charged for additional shipping. In the case that more than 50% of the number of products in your order is sold out, you may choose to cancel the entire order.


Should this be the case, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the last sold out notification email.


We want to make sure you receive the items you ordered as soon as possible, so if we do not hear back from you, we will go ahead and process the rest of your order as planned.


Please kindly understand after this time frame, the option to cancel the order will unfortunately be no longer valid.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept Visa and Master card, and PayPal.

Why my payment has been declined?

It might be the below reasons:

1. Card info are incorrect. Please kindly check expiration date, billing address, and security code (Security code on the back of your Visa/Master card).

2. Card issuer bank declined your payment because it has not been allowed for international transactions.

3. Not enough balance on the card.

4. Shipping address and Billing address are inconsistent.

If possible, we advise you to try paying with PayPal or other supported payment methods.

Do you offer COD?

We currently don't offer Cash on Delivery service to any country at the moment.

Shipping

How do I track my order?

You can track your order through my order page, and click on the link provided there.

This information might not be available right away, due to the time it takes for our courier to process all packages.

I didn't get any email updates

Normally, an email with the tracking number will be sent to your account email address once the order is shipped out.

If you did not receive the email, you can check the following situations:

1. Please check whether the email address you used to placed the order is different.

2. Please check your junk emails to see whether the mail is shielded.

3. Please check your order status in your account to see whether it is shipped.

Why is my order taking so long?

We understand how frustrated you must be if shipping takes too long. We apologize if we made you wait.

Usually, after your order is confirmed, the items are then immediately prepared to be sent to you. Unfortunately there are times when delays occur from our suppliers. In such cases, shipping might be delayed.

Please feel free to contact us directly through chat to find out the status of your order.

Product & Stock

What size should I order?

Our size guide is a general guideline of recommending the best size we think, but please kindly note that some pieces might fit differently depending on the styles, such as oversized sweatshirts and t-shirts which run bigger than the general guideline.

If you have any questions about specific measurements please contact us so we can make sure you're satisfied with your decision.

When will an out of stock item be restocked?

Unfortunately, once an item is out of stock, we can not guarantee if it will be restocked or not.

For example, if an item is a summer item, if there is a lot of demand for it then it might come back in stock next summer.

So if you have anything you're keeping an eye on, hurry and buy it before the end of the season!

How long is preparation time?

For Seoulish Korea items, most items can be shipped immediately the day after you placed an order, or with some supply problem, it can be delayted up to 5 days.

For other brands, preparation time takes between 3 to 10 business days.

Return & Refunds

Can I request an exchange?

You may request an exchange in 1 x 24 hours after your order is made.

I have not received my refund yet.

It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to reach your bank account.

Can I return an item?

Returning shipment of unwanted merchandise are sent at the customer's expense.


Customers are responsible for return shipping fees

NOTICE: Please note that you may not be able to return the products depending on how your area is affected by Covid-19 (lockdown, postal services unavailable etc.)

Please take this into account before placing your order.
The return shipping fees are not available for refund.
Seoulish offers full unwanted refunds for customers that have changed their mind, provided :

1. The item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged
2. Notified us within 5 business days of receiving your package
3. Original tag(s), wrapping(s) or box(es) are intact
4. Shoes must be tried on indoors and show no signs of wear
5. Understand that accessories including masks, masks accessories, contact lenses, swimwear, hats, underwear, jewelry and eyewear cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons
6. All contact lenses are final sales and cannot be returned. If you received a defective or wrong product, please contact Seoulish customer service with pictures showing the issue so we can assist you.

All refunds will be made in the form Seoulish gift card sent via the registered email.


SALE items (50% off and plus discounts) cannot be refunded and will not be eligible for an unwanted refund.

Refunds via Seoulish Store-Credit will be finalized once we confirm the recipient and the requirements are met.

Damaged item return

Please contact our Customer Service Team before any action is made, along with pictures showing the defect/issue.

1. The item is unworn and unwashed
2. Different than what was ordered (item, color, texture, quality or overall look)
3. Notified us within 5 business days of receiving your package
4. Original tag(s), wrapping(s) or box(es) are intact

All refunds will be made directly back to the corresponding credit card.
Seoulish reserves the right to refuse returns when the above conditions are not met.
Seoulish reserves the right to refuse products sent back without prior consultation.

Disclaimer: For claims regarding colors, please note that the colors can vary depending on the lighting during the photoshooting or on the settings of your screen. Only obvious color differences will be accepted and will be left to the agent's appreciation.
