We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

 

Fees and Eligibility

Return Shipping Fee

The returning shipment of unwanted items is at the customer's expense. In this case, the refund will be made minus the cost of return shipping.

We try our best to ship your items as perfectly as possible but if there are any damages or errors with the items, the returning shipment is at Seoulish's expense.

Return Due Date

You have a maximum of 5 business days to notify us from the date you've received all your purchased items in the same order.

Condition 

All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will not qualify for a refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

How to return item(s)?

Please contact support@seoulish.kr to request a return process via e-mail.

 

How to ship your item(s) back?

1. Please schedule a pick-up from the carrier by contacting support@seoulish.kr. Generally, the carrier will pick up your package within 2-3 business days. 

2. Please print out and attach a return label and an invoice provided by Seoulish to the package in advance.

3. Please wait patiently for the refund process. The return shipment usually takes 5-10 business days depending on the distance between your location and the warehouse.  

 

Where is my refund?

Once we process your returned items in our warehouse, a refund will be initiated and a notification will be delivered via e-mail. 

Depending on the payment method, the refund process will be completed in 5-14 business days.

 

Additional Information

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.

Important Notice

Please do not return your items without initiating a return schedule with us. This may affect the processing of your return. You should only send the items with a return label we provide.

Please make sure you do not include any items that are not from Seoulish by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
