Seoulish handles all customs for you. You should not be charged any additional fees. Please contact Seoulish if you are notified by a carrier with customs duties. Seoulish will refund the exact amount from your purchase.
When the item you ordered is unavailable, we refund the amount and notify you via your registered e-mail address.
This means that your product is sold-out from the vendor and is no longer available. Due to the fast-paced fashion industry in Korea, seasonal popular products quickly sell out.
We try our best to notify our customers and update our system as frequently as possible to prevent such cases, because Seoulish runs a zero-inventory system to offer better prices to our customers, these instances are inevitable.

After deducting the value of the sold-out product, if your net purchase amount becomes less than the free shipping minimum requirement, you do not need to worry.
In such cases, you will not be charged for additional shipping. In the case that more than 50% of the number of products in your order is sold out, you may choose to cancel the entire order.
Should this be the case, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the last sold-out notification email.
We want to make sure you receive the items you ordered as soon as possible, so if we do not hear back from you, we will go ahead and process the rest of your order as planned.
